RULES

Rules:

1)     Images must have been taken by you
2)     Submissions must be no bigger than 2MB
3)     Proof of age may be requested
4)     Copyright of any image will remain with the artist
5)     HCA reserves the right to use the winning entries in their publicity
6)     You must be aged between 9-19 on 12/09/2014
